1. What Stablance is
Stablance is an organization and reporting tool for income received in stablecoins (USDC). It automatically classifies your transactions, generates invoices, and produces reports for your accountant. Stablance never holds your funds: wallet connection is read-only, via a public address.
2. What Stablance is not
Stablance is not a licensed tax, accounting, or financial advisor. The reports it generates are organizational tools, not official tax filings. Always validate your filings with a qualified accountant or CPA before submitting them. Stablance is not a custodial service, an exchange, or a payment service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide (profile, clients, invoices). You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your settings to strengthen your account's security.
4. Subscription and billing
Full access to Stablance requires a paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. No prorated refunds are offered for a period already underway, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Accuracy of classifications
Automatic classification (income, expense, transfer) is an aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting classifications before generating an official report or forwarding it to your accountant.
6. Limitation of liability
Stablance is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial, tax, or other losses resulting from use of the service, including a classification error, an incomplete report, or a decision made based on data provided by Stablance without professional validation.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive or fraudulent use, or use contrary to these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email before they take effect.
